Recognized as an outstanding professional in her field, Dr. Wilson was honored with the Young Urologist of the Year Award by the American Urological Association, where she has been an esteemed member since 2013. Dr. Wilson obtained her medical degree and graduated with honors from Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA. She then went on to complete an internship, followed by a surgery residency in urology at the Medical College of Georgia. To further her expertise, Dr. Wilson pursued a fellowship in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery at the University of Alabama in Birmingham in June 2020. She started her career as an urgent care physician and urologist at facilities in Alabama. Now, Dr. Wilson is the owner and urologist at Metro Atlanta Urology and Pelvic Health Center in Kennesaw, GA.
